About me and my practice
I am an integrative counsellor, which means that I take a non-directive approach alongside you and at a pace that is right for you. The most important thing is that you feel safe and supported and that we can work together in a way that feels right for you.
I am fully insured and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy.
I have experience of working with adults in a variety of settings. I have over twenty years experience of working within health and social care, caring for the elderly and supporting them and their families through difficult times. I also counsel adults suffering with a range a difficulties for a local charity.
Experience
I have experience in counselling individuals with anxiety, bereavement, trauma, addictions and self harm. I also have experience within domestic/sexual abuse support.

Initial Consultation
20 minute initial consultation free of charge to explore working together.
Fees
£40 per 50 minute session and concessions are available for counselling students, OAPs and Blue Light Workers. Payments are accepted via bank transfer or PayPal and payment is expected 24 hours before the session.
When I Work
I am available weekdays and some evenings.
